Yes, it's a sad state so far, regarding their communication with the PC community. Besides their completely stupid appeal to modders, they haven't communicated about anything related to PC. But hey, another delay should mean another free costume set, so at least that's a plus. Gotta stay positive

From a business standpoint, it's not a good idea to have a second delay, especially when the release date is at the end of Q1, which means they'll be moving their Q1 profits to Q2. They're setting this game up to fail if it's going to be released after GTAV, Mortal Kombat X, and other big-name PC titles.

Well, I guess you're right, but what can we do? I'll be happy if I get a working DoA5 for PC and if it's just to play with friends at home. Of course I'd like the game to be a success, but TNJ/Koei Tecmo Europe doesn't seem to steer that way.

Based on my knowledge of Team Ninja, they will do everything in their power to make it stand on equal ground with the current-gen versions.

Based on my knowledge of the PC modding community, it will be made better regardless of how Team Ninja leaves it.

In fact if there's a DX9 option we can probably get it running better than the PS4 version on day 1. ENB filters are an amazing thing.

Amen to that if it ends up being true.

I smell a delay coming... there's no info regarding GPU requirements thus far and it's less than three weeks away from expected release.

But no new stages or soft skin. Ok.. I hope we get them as DLC, as we get the hairstyles. I guess the soft skin, and the stages are an incentive for next gen, or "timed exclusives"

Seriously though, it seems to be an odd mix of both last and current gen features. If I'm reading that page right, it'll have the particle effects of the PS3 version and no controller vibration (which probably means no controller jigglin' either), but it will have the shadows and customization menu of the PS4 version. Everything else seems to be the same, although lack of the soft engine and new stages are the biggest disappointments.
