System Possible Side Step buff incoming?

On my phone right now so I can't post the video, but at 0:24 in the Female Tengu gameplay video it looks like she sidestepped a tracking move. Am I wrong? If she did was it an anomaly due to the stage? Would be dope if they are upgrading the sidestep to step tracking moves but only in certain directions. Doesn't VF do this?

Does that kick track for Kokoro?

Could also just be a Kokoro nerf...

It is my feeling this game has way too many tracking attacks considering string delay re-acquires the target anyway. Be nice if they went through the cast and trimmed the fat a bit.. or just got rid of the re-track.

It could also have been a command sidestep for the tengu character.

I'm not sure. The animation makes me think it should, but I will admit I may be wrong and this whole thread may have been created for nothing. Apologies if that is the case.

Command steps don't generally get around things that track unless there is a crush attached to them.
