PSN Error 80023102

Hi guys..since yesterday i'm having this error when i try to add money to my wallet.
i searched on google and i found that a lot o ppl had my same problem.
Anyone here had this kind of problem? or had manage to resolve it?

I had the same problem today. I was trying to buy Eliot and 2 costumes for him for Core Fighters, but PSN wouldn't add the money for me to purchase the content. I checked my account information and it matched my card and billing information as well. Idk what's going on, but I hope this gets fixed soon.

when i checked today on google i found that u have to wait 48 hours after this error...but that doesnt work for everyone...and if u try to ask at the PSN Tecnical Support they will say the same thing over and over..
The credit Card is valid?
Did u put the Secret Code Correctly?
etc etc

Guess I'll try in 48 hours then. I really want to buy Eliot for Core Fighters.
