Ranked Tag Co-op?

Is there any way to do Ranked with Tag co-op (two people same team) either one the same system or on different ones? I thought I heard there was but I've been trying to figure out how to no avail. Thanks in advance for any input.

Yes I was wondering the same thing and would really like this option

It would seem this is not possible. I understand though, because it would allow you to boost your stats by teaming up with a player who is significantly better than you.
