Cerebella works really well by herself and was obscenely powerful in every build of the game. Especially the build Mike Z brought to Evo.

50% just for guessing right at the cost of 1 meter and no work? Give the grappler high mobility? Armor on half of her moves (Before a lot of moves had FULL invicibility) Yeah what happened to low tier Mike Z. What happened to Double Wolverine/Gambit.

Cerebella is ridiculously strong and damage is plentiful when she gets started. I can't stand her, I am currently trying to figure out ways around her and her damn extra arms. I know she's not all that safe from what I can tell by playing a few players online. I'll have to see if I am right on that one I am not too sure, and she seems to be on the slow side.

There are options against her. Put her in jail with someone like Valentine (but one wrong guess you're gonna eat a Level 3 or a Diamond Drop) or try keeping out with Parasoul and Hornet Bomber (H) assist.

As far as the match up goes put her in situations that force her to fly or super jump. Get her with a meaty anti air or bait out the clap. Aside from that just get your blocks up and wait for an opening, Napalm Pillar is a good assist in this situation. Once you get started don't give her a chance and use pressure assists like Hornet Bomber or Lariat. If the Cerebella is good at execution be wary of push blocking, you just might eat a Merry Go Rilla.

Online play is not a good way to judge any game or character. Online 3 frames of armor feels like 30 frames. Some of her shit is unsafe but for the most part her limbs aren't as unsafe as they should be for a grappler. I mean Peacock's throw is ten times more unsafe than any command grab Cerebella has.

I only use 1 character, I don't play with teams. But the way things keep going for me I may have to open up and use another character, though I don't want to. I know that online play is not a good way to judge a character. Lol, going by what you said though I am right in saying she's not all that safe. I get and understand that I can't gauge that fully just from online though.

I don't really care how broken cerebella is or isn't, I just care that her and the ninja nurse have big boobs and show them off from time to time. lol

Still haven't had the chance to really sit down with this game as I've been "stuck" in Japan for this week.

Parasoul seems cool. She's the closest thing to Christie I'm gonna find in this game.

Even so, I can't help but think Holly Would or Jessica Rabbit would blend in this game as a guest character. Maybe it's just me...

I believe it's been mentioned somewhere that Mike wanted to create a grappler that didn't have the usual troubles of traditional grapplers (hard to get in, etc.) It's honestly refreshing to see a grappler that can do well in a Vs. style game.
