Who are the 3 fastest characters in the entire game, and who are the 3 slowest?

If by fast you mean i9 jab and i11 mid, then Pai, Christie, Kasumi

Slowest are Bass and Brad at i12... For some reason Bayman is i11 heavyweight

I think fastest is a tie between Kasumi, Alpha, Pai and Christie. Slowest is between Bass, Bayman and probably Brad. All three have ridiculously fast moves though.

Overall speed, is say ayane, Christie, and a tie between kasumi and hayate.

When I say overall, I mean their total mobility, not just jabs.

Slowest, bass, Bayman, and maybe gen fu.

Pai, Kasumi and Chrisite all have 9f jabs and 11f mids that allow follow-ups.
Alpha has a 9f jab but her fastest mid that allows for follow-ups is 13f (her fastest mid overall is a knockdown at 12f).
Alphas not "up to speed" (hurr) with the others. Doesn't make her any less bullscrewy, though.
