No worries. Hope it works for him. Reseting my PS4 is no big issue to me, as I can redownload full games in a couple of minutes or less. I wouldn't have done it if I were still in the UK on my old connection, tho.
Figured I might as well try it. Nothing to lose. Anything to finally use my P4 Tenshin

Ninemil, you were mentioning post-release dlc, so I'm asssuming you mean the costumes which were released after DOA5LR's launch right? (ninja packs 1 & 2)

Initializing doesn't fix that signed out message, tried it.
Not had it since doing mine. Tho, admittedly, I've only played a couple of hours. It was every five minutes before tho.
I tried initializing too just to see (carried over the save from the cloud though). Everything works fine, but you need to download, install and then go to the shop and download the costumes pack "twice" to get it to work on the disc version.
Then again, everything has worked fine for me since 1.02, but I still can't find the Ninja Costume pack 2 in the online store, only the costumes sold individually, which means I got a Jann Lee ninja costume, but not the ability to select it. THen again, I managed to get all pre-launch content to work, so I go around as Jann-super hero, so I am fine for now.

Magical - do you mean through the website? I can't see it on PS4 dash, or in-game, or on the website - UK retail if that helps. Ninja clan 2 entirely vanished too and then started to only show in-game.
I'm not going to buy anything else until it appears in shop and people confirm it unlocks the Marie Rose outfit and all the rest, done with giving SCEE money for broken DLC.

I bought it via ps4 dash. It's still there and also in the website store, but not in the ingame store lol.

It's still there, but it's not actually category linked to DoA.
Search for 'doa5lr' in the general search box.
Sort by price, high to low.
It's the first item on the list, next to the Ultimate Content pack.
