TAG Mechanics

I have some doubts and I'd like some tips about TAG.

Doubt 1 - Do some launchers or jugglers send the victim higher, on TAG? (as if to facilitate tag comboes)

Doubt 2 - Do special TAG throws (those ones that are not the generic send the victim to the other guy and he does a move by himself) cause more damage?

Tips - Can you give me tips on how to discover TAG comboes?

Nothing launches higher on Tag, per se, but Tag Mode has lower gravity. There are a lot more relaunchers.
Yes, Special Tag Throws do more damage.
If by combos you mean juggles, then that's easy. Pick your favorite pair then just find what moves do relaunchers. The usual combo is launch -> tag out and relaunch -> tag out and relaunch -> tag out and finish.

Keep in mind that the more you tag out the less revision you have after a successful hit. I believe the revision decreases by 30%.

So if you launch someone on hi-counter blow you'll do 150% revision. The First attack does 150% with the folllow-up juggle hits being half, in this case 75%. Doing a relaunch and tagging out wiill bring the revision down to 53% until juggle end or another tag, which would bring it down to 38%. Another tag would bring the next relaunch string to 29%, etc.
