Not that I expect him to have pecs (or moobs lol) but Eliot's just look flat no matter what angle you look at.

74 cm (about 29" inch). You can tell from his pirate outfit though that Eliot does have pecs (no matter how small they are). lol XD But looking "flat" doesn't correlate w/ your bust size.
