My main from before I can remember has been Lili so I'll inevitably be sticking with her, at the same time though I really want to try out the new characters that are going to be added. Lucky Chloe and Catarina look interesting and Josie looks cool too. Is Kazumi that woman in the trailer? She's Jim's mum I'm pretty sure?

Also does anyone know if there's a tag mode because if there is that opens up the possibility of me trying to get good at more than just Lili!

Unfortunately no, there will be no tag mode in this game. :-/ They said a few times that they were going back to their roots, and I guess 1 on 1 is a way they'll do that. I hope claudio will be easy to play, I'll gladly drop Jin and move to him if he's simple enough, same for LC. If that doesn't work out, I'll always have Lili and Anna I guess to fall back on. But I have hopes for Claudio, I like the way he fights.

Thats a shame that there's no tag mode, I didn't really expect one though since they just made Tag Tournament 2 so I'm not really disappointed. I'll still try to get good at the new characters but I'll definitely be sticking to Lili as my main character. Has Anna been confirmed for the game? If not I'm sure she'll be in anyway since you can't have one of the Williams sisters without the other!

Yeah, remember that one tweet that said the Williams sisters will be part of the game? I'm happy she's been confirmed, next to Lili she's just as fun to use, so versatile and I like her elegant and dominating slaps and how she fights like a brutal valley girl. I hope they give her a nice outfit, I'm not too fond of her red quipao dress, the big red bow and heels are kinda cheap looking. Maybe like a revamped dress like the one she's worn in T1-TTT, it was way simpler and more classy imo.

And yeah It is kind of strange that that's the outfit that was chosen for her to wear. I think it kind of suits her though or maybe its just because I couldn't imagine her in anything else. I think she looked really good in the game "Death By Degrees"

Still sexy but in a more serious and professional way! I'd love this more messy hair and outfit to be available for her in Tekken 7.

That would be great, I never understood why they gave Nina her DBD outfit but not Anna. The wild hair would be good too, the bobcut she has now is nice and all, but she should switch it up a little so she can keep her image fresh.

I always thought of her as that one sultry, chick that most fighting games have, the one that intentionally wears that stuff to get a reaction. She's already worn an octopus outfit in TTT2, I wonder how outrageous she'll be this time. XD I'm honestly very curious to see what she'll be rocking this time

Tekken - Anna

Soul Calibur - Ivy

Mortal Kombat - Mileena/Jade but really any character in the mortal kombat series could be it!

And yeah that octopus outfit in TTT2 was insane looking but in a good way, though I'm sure some would argue it isn't.

Lol, yeah a lot of people disliked it but I actually thought it was creative in a good way, like Lili's wedding dress type costume in T6 it was a walking artwork in my eyes, and honestly some fashion is bizarre and revealing. I loved how the tentacles just were moving around and how the "head" sat on her hair like a hat XD

By the way @Jadeinchains Kazumi Mishima is Heihachi's wife, she's Kazuya's mother. Jin's mother was Jun Kazama who is Unknown now.

Yeah personally I liked the octopus outfit no matter how crazy it was. I wouldn't mind her having another outfit like that, just so long as the customization in Tekken 7 is better than TTT2's. In that game I pretty much only customized Lili because it was so much work, I hope its like Tekken 6's because in that game I had so much money that I even customized characters I didn't play as just for the sake of making them look better.

Edit: Thanks Grunt I remember now that Jun was Jin's mother, I get so confused with only the K's in their names.

I hope they can get permission to bring back the guest designer's costumes, it always saddens me that they never can come over to the latest game. They should be able to, it is Harada's game and he can just ask for their permission

I'm actually surprised the guest designs don't work the same way they do in the DOA contest where once they're in the game the guest design is the ownership of Namco. But I hope they bring them back to. I have mixed feelings on the wedding dress for Lili but I do think its appealing in certain ways.

And Asuka's dress with the really long orange scarf. Those two I think were really well done. Since the designer from Bayonetta worked on soul calibur last time I'd like it if she worked on outfits for Tekken 7.

I'm hoping the guest designers will also help design purchasable in game costumes, I'd love new sets for each character. This is also the chance for them to bring back older Tekken defaults for the characters from T1-T3, that'd be so cool!

Yeah like in Tekken 6 Lili had the frilled set and the devil one, I hope there's new sets like that as well. I had Long Xiaoyu with her punk outfit with the heavy gyaru type make-up on.

Lol, when I did use to main Xiaoyu, I would give her the Chun li buns, long punk coat with the bustier, and her skirt with the heels, those were the days. I'm happy we can finally make them tan now, I'll definitely make some cool gyaru type stuff with that.

Wait is there a tanned option in Tekken 7? And yeah I loved all the optional hair.

Yeah, it was added back in the last year summer arcade pack with the swimsuits. I think it can be equipped separately from the suits, but I'm not entirely sure yet.

Oh well thats awesome, I'll enjoy making the characters look much different than they normally do. I actually didn't even see the swimsuits either.
