I just did 3 time attacks with continues and got nothing. On my 4th try i had no continues and got Christie's outfit.

I actually like Tina's swimsuit a lot but if it's required to finish arcade with her with no continues I'll just give up on it.

Also I just unlocked Tina's swimsuit by spamming Ryu's P+K4, I won 7 matches then lost against her twice but still got it.
It's very easy and you don't even need to learn the game or watch the other character, spam P+K and left.

Maybe you can't lose again the first 7 but it's OK to lose against Tina or Christie, try Ryu and it should be easy.

Got Chrsitie's mashing 4 P+K with Hayabusa. Didn't lose, but came close to. Fucking AI.

EDIT: Got Tina's as well. Much easier.

Now onto Lisa.

I am pretty sure you cannot continue. I just did it, and did not get the swimsuit in the end. I used so many continues I couldn't even tell you. It took me about an hour just to do 8 stages. I didn't exploit of use the spams but still it's kind of pathetic that it took me that long. The AI are extremely cheap. I've even seen them do the exploit infinites.

By the way, what difficulty is Legend? Mine only goes Champ/True Fighter/Master... Is Legend another one?

You have to beat those before legendary appears.
