The 3 number 2 games are in Italy with Ezio. The others are other places with different characters.

Nope dude, jumping from buildings is definitely NOT my thing... I guess. With that said, I enjoyed more the AC games that were not set in Italy for some reason. One of the main reasons I'm interested in this one.

Honestly there's lots I'm hoping for! I'd love for Capcom to finally reveal the remake of RE2 they've been working on! 
I also want to see the expansion more for Uncharted 4 and the rumored Horizon Zero Dawn one. Then there's also hopes for Cyberpunk 2077 but I doubt that will be shown. I'm sure there's others that I can't think of right now but If they show them I'll be screaming with happiness!

Good luck with those screenshots if it's a jrpg since the hot new thing is blocking them entirely
So, I am expecting to see on Sony's press conference:
- More God of War, including release date, maybe even this year?
- finally Spider-Man gameplay
- gameplay of the Uncharted 4 spin off
- The Last of Us Part II gameplay
- Days Gone, but please no gameplay this time, I guess it comes out this year?
- Detroit, including a release date, probably also this year?
- NinoKuni (almost completely forgot about it)
- Horizon Zero Dawn DLC
What I hope we will see:
- Devil May Cry 5, with real Dante please.
- Soul Calibur 6, one can dream lol

On a different note, here are 9 minutes gameplay of Ni no Kuni:
Hmm...looks nice but I don't really see a graphical upgrade from the first game on PS3 to this. :/
I also don't think the World of FF-like overworld sequences with the chibi representations of the characters fit the rest of the art style that well.
Regarding SCVI, it's best to just wait for TGS. I doubt Namco's going to announce it at E3
