Now... I have something to say pertaining to Team Ninja's recent tweet...
They are basically making us beg for Phase 4 to be on consoles... how wack is that? She's at the end of Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate on consoles before arcade was even out, and since the arcade is only in Japan; that idea doesn't jive with me.
If Tengu is ever announced for arcade, and they ask us to beg for him to come to consoles... I'm going to be really pissed off.

Well, from seeing that comment from the recent tweets, it doesn't seem to be exactly that, but it does toss off the fact that they want us to beg so she can come out to consoles faster...it does seem like ridiculous level pandering...
And I know I'm gonna piss you, Brute and god knows how many others because I don't see his appeal...
But why the hell Tengu is so important? I don't see much use from him DOA4 nor anything of even remotely noteworthy of him, so why go through the trouble?
Here, let me save him some time:
Tengu is dead. Tengu is ugly, and you won't change my mind.

And demon within... since I believe you're new to this I'll be very kind: Tengu is important because he has a unique style, he's a giant DEMONIC bird with an arsenal of fun tricks. He's humours, and brings the best of bad ass Japanese mythology to an already great game.
When I think of who can actually contend with the ninjas, I immediately do not think of Mila and think Tengu.
