there is no one really left to import from Ninja Gaiden. once Irene joins the ranks that's about it

I agree that only Irene and Yaiba have a possibility to enter in the roster... but I can't say that I wouldn't love Sanji or Muramasa in DoA...

if they had Yaiba as a character they would have released him ages ago to promote the game. Sanji has to grow up first and Muramasa wont sell provided he can even still fight, yes he could cut someone with a sword but he seems really fragile.

if Theodore or Genshin were still alive they could use them, but i don't see TN bringing them back for DOA

all that's really left is a new character

Well that's a helpful clue but no not a main reason. He reminds me alot of Venom from Guilty Gear who is gay (not really a solid reason either but ya know. Plus he has that sexual male personality/design. Finally, I feel like he would get his way with anyone and not care as long as he gets what he wants (like info to help M.I.S.T or something)
