I have heared that we will get infos about PS4 and XBOX One Games and features l in E3 2014 which is in the 10th june till 12th june.
Maybe some new Infos about Devil Third on E3 too ?
As far as I know, they never explicitely announced a PS4 exclusive, they just announced working on PS4 titles. Later they also announced working on Xbone titles.

Imho you should wait a little bit, because voting hasn't officially started yet and not all designs were uploaded yet. Also, I think, you voted/liked in the wrong photo album. Team Ninja opened a new one (with the voting rules), where they are now starting to upload all costumes again.
