No, and I'm guessing we''l be waiting until next week for it. I could be mistaken, but I believe Microsoft only rolls out XBL patches on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. With Tuesday being gone and it being far too late in Wednesday for them to put it up, I'm expecting we'll get it this coming Tuesday, at the earliest.

She says "woo hoo" during her intro, does a little dance when she wins and "La Mariposa", is the name under her life bar.

I think it's the StunFest : http://www.stunfest.fr/english-informations/
It takes place in Rennes. There will be a 2014 edition but not a lot of informations about it for now.

I wouldn't mind as long as the guys get something in pink to give more color in their costumes (they usually received costumes in the duller end of the spectrum with nothing but earthy tone colors) and as long as Christie (and maybe Mila) gets to wear her butler costume from 3, preferable if Christie got the red version so she can look like King from KOF + short hairstyle.

Nah, the guys don't need "color" to their outfits at all. If they do get color, it will most likely be red or white. Pink would be reserved for the girls.
