Yeah, I think it is her too.This new character is not Kasumi Alpha (died with the death of Alpha 152), rather the girl seen at the end of the DoA5 story.
By the way, we know that this is a creation of Donovan but I'm not so sure about it having the same appearence of Kasumi... otherwise why to keep her face shrouded in the mistery?
In the past fans have already speculated that she could end to be a mix of kasumi and Ayane in her facial design, and a JP twitter also posted a curious comparison with the same Ayame:
Personally I always been curious to know more about her considering that last shot that show a tear on her face (for being forced to kill or for other reasons?). While Alpha 152 can't be too much interesting (she is a sort of automaton programmed to kill, something that give to her a cool feeling but for me everything end with it), this character owning an human side could end to be pretty interesting just like Kasumi Alpha getting an original baby personality (anyway different from the sadistic-crazy one implied in her only cutscene in the original DOA2).
About her moveset, some people said that she could end to get a mixture of the 4 ninja moveset like showned in the boss of DoA5 (that again wasn't the same kind of clone). I wouldn't like too much this occurrence (in this case I would prefer rather to get back Raidou) however there are the chances for something similar.

But this is so weird Phase 4 has same movelist as Kasumi we saw that. This is gonna be so fun I will see another true Kasumi or what?? Will they modify the story mode with new Phase 4 but I think this is too late I mean they completed the game this year Can't believe game developers gone crazy...

I doubt they'll add/modify chapters on the story mode for 5UA just for the comeback characters, NG girls, Marie and Kasumi's 3rd conjoined triplet. They didn't gave one for Lisa and Christie on Vanilla 5.
I would prefer a feature to choose a costume before starting someone's story mode chapter. Helena in her Greek Goddess dress while sipping a martini or Bayman infiltrating MIST in his Fighter Pack shorts would have been more fun.

Lame... But it's an easy "new" character for Team Ninja... Won't take them much time or ressources.
Maybe the clone, just like in the end battle of DOA5, can imitate all the ninjas' fighting styles. Maybe randomly, like Edge Master or Elysium in Soul Calibur.

Niki would have been something waay better than this piece of doo-doo, UNLESS it looks like Zack with everyone's fighting style. (This would confuse the actual characters in the story because they would never figure Zack could hold that amount of power..)

Far from happening, Kasumi and her conjoined triplet sisters (Kasumi Alpha and Alpha-152) are never complete without cartwheel kicks. It's like a staple move ever since 1 along with 7K.
We don't need 3-4 characters with the same staple move

Having one move that a lot of characters had similarities with is alright as everyone is played differently but yeah, I understand when it's a clone because they either have everything the original got (Kasumi Alpha) or have a spirit-breaking version of it (Alpha-152).
