It baffles me why Karin never made another appearance in Street Fighter games. People say it was due to licensing issues, but she was also in other Capcom games. As for R. Mika, what was the point of introducing her if she was only going to be in one game? Doesn't make sense.

I think what happens is they get new devs on games, decide the need new characters, and forget that they already had 'em. Just look at the character hell that sonic is in. They needed new hedgehogs, so instead of inviting his brother and sister, they just made new ones.

I really do agree we could use an effeminate guy. Eliot isn't really effeminate, he's just not extremely masculine. He fits moreso in the neutral younger boy category.
I'd like new characters but as some people said before, the roster is getting big. It's hard enough learning all the matchups and the bigger the roster gets, the less attention probably gets paid to each character. I'd like each character to be as complex and complete as Ayane.

Wasn't it Mika Nanakawa? Full names in general is almost always disregarded. Nobody calls Lili as Emilie de Rochefort. She could have been a more proper rival for Lamar (if she wasn't Lisa in the story).
