Really? Oneechanbara had good gameplay? :v

Yep...to an extent. It's not exactly laid bare but it's more you have to look at forums and websites so you can figure out some of the craziness the game has despite being stiff and being ported years after it was released in Japan. You also have to remember that past Kagura, these are BUDGET titles(literally, Oneechanbara started as nothing more than a series of budget titles within a single disc. It was THAT popular it even got a movie made...)

Kagura in comparison is pretty much an awesome looking game that while it's not Devil May Cry or Bayonetta, it's still superior to other HnS's by simple proxy of actually being maintained well.

Speaking of Onechanbara, I'm still surprised that it's not out yet in America.

EDIT: @Argentus: C. Viper can't be a hooker if she's Inspector Gadget's wife...

DOAX3 should have an obstacle course

okay, so I'm gonna try asking again. is it worth getting DOA on the vita now that I own one?

I think it would be worth it, It's great to play on the go/if you don't feel like playing it on your console. But it would seem weird (for me that is) now that 5U is here

Now what would be the stuff to make it an RPG. It needs some type of element to make it.

Some monsters of course. TN will have to make it up, or use ideas from when they draw the fiends in NG. Something similar perhaps.

Talking about DOA become an RPG... Now I'm done with this thread.
You'll be back. They always come back...

Anyway, DOAX isn't quite my thing. I might check it out if they don't go overboard. I mean, pole dancing? Really?

I also am in favor of GEN FU FLYING OFF THE SLIDE.

But, seriously, the idea of them figuring out a way in the story for Hayabusa to play beach volleyball at all is amusing enough for me to want to see it implemented. lol

why? series cross genres all the time.
If it's an rpg, I feel like it would need free movement. Not like where you just select commands from a menu. Like...think Neptunia, or Eternal Sonata. Positioning yourself is already pretty important in the series, right? That'd be a good way to translate it into an rpg.
maybe more of a kingdom hearts style real time combat rpg?
