I don't even do holds online, i've given up on it due to how bad the lag is sometimes

Agreed but the hold I do try are CBs and wake up kicks especially kicks because I can often tell what players will do ( dat yomi ). But I hate when A) I gust guard B) Guard then counter C) nothing happens not even an animation. So dumb ass Rigs get there CB or 6K abuse going and you need to take the abuse in some occasions.

VF has Aoi, so I can see why you would. Lion is also a beast. Plus other cool characters like Vanessa and Kage.

Adding a VF character would highly support the growing arcade scene ..
The console version already got its sales ... anything after a 6 month point is bonus sales really ..

I see it highly likely that we get a VF character along the lines of DOA5UA
but still I would kill for a full blown DOAxVF

I say bring in Kage and Wolf (since they're sticking to veterans from VF1)... that would create a hype explosion ..

I'm not going to bring in my opinion about the VF characters again () but like I said before it would be very unlikely that we would see another one given the fact that using another character = having to pay Sega more $$$ for their rights.

I think DOA5 should probably stop relying on VF at this point and try to stand more so on its own. But, maybe that's just me...

DOAxVF should still happen. But, DOA5 should just be DOA5. That way DOAxVF will be even more "new and exciting".

See, Aoi would bring authentic Aikijutsu to the series, because Momiji's practice of the style is anything but. However, I don't think she would be as godlike, because everyone can counter and a lot of characters already have parries and advanced holds. In fact, Leifang would probably give Aoi a run for her money.

No she won't because tench in you counters everything but lows and hopkicks and if you think they're going to throw you can go into sakabi's which does damaging attacks
