TN said there will be UA news soon so I don't think this is a DLC costume. The hair is slightly purple but it's not unusual for black hair to have purple or blue shade if you play with saturation settings. Also the side bangs are longer and thicker than Ayane's, even if TN mirrored the image

I really hope what you're hoping for is wrong lol. It's just a lame idea plugging in more clone characters or other characters using other cool character's moves. If it's not the Tengu I knew, I won't be buying it. But you can have fun with that. I won't be buying Phase 4 either, she's just a clone character/ wasted slot.

Phase-4 is completely different from Kasumi and Alpha-152. And hello, the storyline of DOA revolves around cloning Kasumi! At least Phase-4 has relevance to the story. Tengu is not relevant to the story. Period. He never was.

Because unlike others, I'd rather have BRAND NEW and ORIGINAL characters FIRST instead of rehashed past characters.

Phase-4 is an exception, because she turned out to be awesome. And she brand new, because she's never been in DOA before and plays completely different from Kasumi and Alpha-152.

But Raidou is why the events were set in motion, thus, he started the storyline. Raidou has the most relevance out of all the bosses, with Alpha-152 coming in second.

Well, she is literally a Kasumi clone, story wise. So of course she has some moves from her Kasumi counterpart. It's like the Shotos in Street Fighter sharing Hadoukens and Shoryukens. Or the Mishima's and Kazama's in Tekken having similar fighting styles.
