THE JOB HUNT - YUE

Hey, again. Its been a while since I made a thread, Anyway without further ado lets get down to it shall we?
So your lovable rubber ducky of a Kokoro player is going out looking for a job. At first, I didnt really know what I wanted to do, instead I was scrambling around the internet immediately looking for what I wanted to do in the future. Just to clarify on that subject, I want to become a character designer, a game artist of some sort. I actually plan on making a game myself but thats another story, moving on!
So as I began searching I realized the world didn't work that way. In order to do things you like, you have to put the time in. I figured I look for something that would be a LOT of fun. Car Painting. It sounded like paradise to be able to paint any random car and make it look nice! It offers on the job training (hopefully) and with my art skills maybe I could use that to do specialized paint jobs.

My boyfriend actually used to do car painting a few years ago and let me tell you, his family bugs him all the time about it. "Hey could you spray my hood" "hey could you do some patterns on my car" and from his nephew yesterday "hey could you paint evil eyes on my car for an upcoming car show?" If you have an annoying family and go into car painting, be prepared for that.

Myself, I want to be a voice actor for games/shows/movies. I can do a lot of voices and I'm pretty good at acting (I was a very successful liar all through childhood) but it's very very hard to get your foot in the door.

I haven't had any run of the mill jobs before, or just a job period XD Instead I'm working as a freelance artist now that I have my degree in Graphic Communications (commercial art basically). So far, no one but close friends are even willing to pay me for my art, so I'm in kind of a soul shattering rut at the moment OTL
