The odds of costume options dlc?

Yaknow, like them releasing the ability to put on bandanna and shades on milas bass cosplay, take off apron on her diner outfit, take off Leons turban/bandana or her pumpkin hat, etc.

Yaknow, customization options that really shoulda already been there?

Those specific examples you listed I'd say the chances are slim to none. I doubt they'll alter any previous outfit customizations and based on what Split Playthru said none of the Halloween DLC hats can be removed so Mila's pumpkin head is here to stay. Sorry.

Trust me though I'm with you there are outfits like Eliot's hoodie when I wish you could just remove the damn hat/hood it gets annoying and doesn't seem like it would be that hard to create that option.

We all know us small time players don't get the time of day. meaning most our wants go ignored.

I think costumes that have been already released are final. Unless the costume is somehow broken and glitchy I don't think they'll alter them in any way. I'd prefer diff hairstyles vs adding on accessories.
