Sorry, but I should probably explain this situation in more detail. The aim of that particular list was to find moves which can punish all her fake transition including her guard cancel. For this reason, I either chose 9i and 10i jabs which reached far enough to hit her during the string recovery which would be guaranteed or moves around 20i which would be guaranteed to hit her during all other fake stance transitions (:h:, :P: & :K:). For this reason, moves not between 19i and 23i would whiff or not work on Fake :h:, unless they have sufficient amount of active frames like :lisa: :236::P:. I'm looking for moves which would be 100% guaranteed in all three situations.

Again, I apologise I didn't explain it in the appropriate post, so I'll have to update that.

Ahhh, i see, don't worry about it, there's still a few moves i listed that cover all three options though, do those work for you?

Sure, here's what I found:

:jannlee:: :9::P:, :4::K::K::P:, :8::P::P::P: and :6::H+K: can't be considered viable as they need to cover all three Fake options.
:jacky:: :7::K:, :6_::K::H*: again, too fast. The best option for Jacky is still :4::h::+::K: thanks to the consistent bound. Nothing else really compares.
:ein:: :9::P: BT :2::K::6::P::K:, :3::P:, :6::6::K::K::K:, :9::K: don't cover all options and can actually leave him in pretty bad situations in case of FAKE :h:. WR:K: works but the launch height depends on how and when you buffer your crouch dash. This one's a good find.
:rig:: :K::K::P:, :8::K:, :K::2::K::K:, :K::4::K::K: also aren't consistent. :K::K: does work because the second hit is always guaranteed to connect. If you want to put the opponent in a psudo mixup, you can just do :K: and leave yourself with +13 after Fake :h: or get a :4::K::K: on other :K: options.
:bayman:: :3::K::3::P+K::H+P:, :214::P: BT:P::P::P: and WR:K: won't work due to priority. :P::K::K: works but only in open stance. Not sure how you can determine that after the GB, so it'll have to go too. :6::P::P::K: works with the second punch connecting but nothing afterwards can be guaranteed.
:akira:: :6_::P:, :4::6::6::P+K:, :6::6::K:, :6::K::P: , :H*::K: won't work due to priority. Akira is a bit limited when trying to punish her.
:hayabusa:: :K::K: and:8::P: won't work due to priority. :426::H+P: and throw setups are not recommended, unles you meant the air throw which also doesn't work in this situation. :3_::4::K: is actually useful but requires a delayed crouch buffer before using the kick. :P::P::4::P: is also very good for immediate punish and high damage.
:cyborg:: :236::P:, :7::K: and :6::2::3::P: won't work due to priority. :3::3::K::P: is holdable in case of FAKE :h:.
:leon:: :6::P::P::P:, :6::6::P::P:,:3_::P: and WR:K: won't work due to priority. :6::P+K: I had listed however it goes under FAKE :P: and :4::6::P: easily covers this move in terms of both priority and damage (they do the same damage). This is makes :4::6::P: his best option.

These options are good for knowing what works against FAKE P and K but we need to know options that cover all situations with the least amount of risk and good damage.

Apparently I completely forgot to do Rig's list, but I'll get to it soon. For now his section will be left blank until I'm done with everyone else.
