I mean I think it's a great Whiff punish but if she extended it a little more than it would be an excellent move to punish with and it could lead into more mix up

You know what, why doesn't Kasumi's BT 4K have the SDS and bound Ayane's identical kick BT 6K has?

Not just that but why is Kasumi's -13 on block while Ayane's is +0? Kasumi's has one more active frame and does 7 more dmg but I don't think that's good enough reason for it to suck so much in comparison.

Does that kick wall splat I don't really utilize it as much as I can but I don't think it's worth it because of what you just said

But that would be wonderful if 4k would put them in a SDS and the extra bound damage would be nice but I think it would even it out if they made it the bound and SDS but the kept it -13 on block

My favorite setups so far in 5U:
Stun, 4P 4H+K 3P 236P
Stun. PP6K, 4PK
Stun, 3PP, 6P6K
Stun, H+K, 9K
Stun, PPK, 9K
Stun, 3PP, 8K
Stun, P, 4H+K 4PK

There's a little bit more, but my point is that I wanted to make more use of 3H+K & 66KK in Last Round some how some way, hoping that she gets some sort of a high stun that will be fairly deep enough to extend her offensive mixups. It would also be good if 9PK hits as a mid instead of high with the trade off that it has. The risk of using it is huge.

I'm not saying that it's dumb or anything like that. We're just curious to hear why do you feel that 33K should be unholdable. H+K's unholdable nerf was in the works because she can get a launch from it with little trouble opposed to the rest of the characters. That's my guess. Nothing is 100% consistent if you go to the lab & then repeat the launchers from in (4PK, 9K, 6P6K). Your reactions after the stun have to be crisp, on point to where they can't avoid it hence being granted. I can see why they would change it, but at the same time, I didn't think it was called for since you could duck it & if you did hold it, you could strike punish it after the sidestep & some of the other uncalled for changes that she got.

33K is already putting her at safe range in open space on block even though it's -16 (punishable near the walls & tight areas) . It works the same as her 6PK/PP6PK & Momiji's 7K. Making it unholdable would make it borderline crazy (to everybody else). It crushes wake up kicks & on top of that, it launches. So I think that's a fair exchange there.

Edit: Unless you meant as an unholdable tech after a knockdown.

I don't think it absolutely needs it, it's an odd looking move that seems like it would be something an opponent would do a hold SS to. I know it's a good move that's safe with pushback and can also crush mid WU's but H+K was a good move and didn't need the property removed.

How many unholdable moves does she have? I can only think of 7K of the top of my head

H+K is still a good move because it's still granting her a launcher.

I only know of 2. That one & then 66K (but it's hard to time). I would only consider using them near walls.
