They might be on the verge of it. Hell they brought back Ein so the 5 people that voted for him at least got what they wanted. Most of the people in the 6 that voted for DOA4 Hayate like Ein as well and even for the two that wanted DOA3 Hayate, were not shunning them. We WANT that godlike frame data and those good move properties... but the thing is, giving him that will put him in a state FAR ahead of these other character.
DOA3 Hayate can only come with a complete change to the system, which I believe should happen. I want the flash of 4, the goodness of 3, the integration of the new ideas of 5, and Ein is back... what more do we need?
