Whats the best xbox one controller for fighters?

I just recently got an Xbox one and quite frankly for my taste the dpad is just unacceptable. Are there any popular 3rd party controllers I can look into that have 360 style dpads?

I prefer the One pad to 360 pad. I would much prefer the old Xbox controller S pad but this isn't bad at all. Handles izunas quite nicely. No current pads have a disc style dpad though.

Ah ok. I guess what annoys me it the way the dpad clicks when pressed. Kinda makes diagonals awkward for me. Guess I just gotta get used to it.

The clicks are the best part for me. Confirms a directional press. Diagonals on this pad are much easier for me than the multiple button dpad on Sony pads. Can't stand them. There is talk of MS releasing an official 'hardcore' pad but they haven't given any details.
