This girl in the Background has the same outfit as Lei fang, I'm assuming Lei fang works at the circus and It has something to do with her Story.
Poor lei fang. Her broke ass has to work at a circus for a living. :'(

Just watched the Trailer again and liked it better the second time, guess I better understood what the hell was going on and actually analyzed it.

And no, Lei Fang cannot beat up Jann Lee, lmfao! Ask Hayabusa that and he'll tell ya the same thing. And good eye Sypher, looks like she does have some connection to the Stage.

Well according to the DOA Wiki, she can lol =P Oh and it wasn't me who noticed, it was Kodachi. He's got the good eye. :)

I think you're reading too far into it. She seems like just a background character.

Confirming that I have still not heard anything truly inspiring from the soundtrack yet.... just really generic movie stuff so far.

Fighting games need catchy tunes to get you into it... i mean circus music is good for a circus I guess, and I can understand the design behind the music escalation with stage transitions for scramble and battlefield... but what about the more simplistic levels?

I'm hoping not every one of these is going to have that played-down almost-ambient rock style that has plagued ninja gaiden since forever.

Well, according to her DOA5 Story she hasn't, and hope she never will lol.

Well shit that's a bummer. I hope she DOES finally beat him, she's been chasing his ass for years, it's gotta end eventually.

Wouldn't it be neat if after he gets his ass whooped he finally acknowledges her and as a result finds her attractive and they hook up and have a child and live happily ever after? And then that kid gets featured in DOA6 as a teen with his own unique fighting style derived from his parents fighting styles. Meanwhile daddy is still a bouncer and mommy works at the circus. That would be so cool.....NAAAAAAA jk, let the rivalry continue lol =P

How do you know that they didn't trigger the dangerzone in some way? The trailer just cut to the tiger already running on the field, and it looks like the lights showing its path were blinking for 3 seconds after they passed by. I imagine that it would be another 3 seconds of lit path before they begin running.

I under the assumption that the tigers don't need triggering and work like the cheetah from doa4. I didn't notice those lights and thought the only warning was the guy yelling go. It doesn't seem that bad with the lights though, especially if the tigers follow that path.

Rikuto makes a good point. A fighting game needs a good soundtrack. Maybe they'll have character themes and the option to use those or something.

Now that you mention it, I knew I should've mentioned hiring Yasunori Mitsuda to help them out in that survey.

Trust me when I say that every bit of complaining/worry in this thread is an overreaction (except for maybe the stage music...). All I can say at the moment.

You got something you wanna spill there Doc, or am I reading into that statement too much?
