First discovered by @pachincko this seems likely to be our new Tengu shown in Famitsu. More details are bound to show up incredibly soon and we will keep this updated. She looks pretty, and I hope that Tengu fans will be impressed by the final package, because Tengu fans have waited a long time for this.

She clearly already did replace him, so with that being the case, yes, I want her to be a clone. I want my old moveset back, but buffed, of course.

How do you know she completely replaced him? All you are doing is assumptions and pretty much killing the flow.

This is TN/TK. She's already been labeled as a Tengu-do (Bankotsubo's fighting style) practitioner. It's pretty damn obvious that she's replacing him. I'd be fooling myself to think otherwise.

Do you really think TN will bring back Bankotusbo when they have a character with his style that can sell a much higher number of costume DLC due to sex appeal? If people are given the choice to play as a tengu, or a hot chick with the same/similar style, most people are going to blindly pick the hot chick, making the tengu a mostly pointless inclusion.

Yes, there's a microscopic chance that Bankotsubo could return alongside her in DOA6, but let's be real. That won't happen. So if my character is not returning, then I would at the very least like to have his moveset passed on to someone else.

I know. That's all I can hope for now. Give her Bankotsubo's moveset, but make her viable.

Considering Ein is still around despite Hitomi pretty much being his female successor, Bass is still a mainstay despite Tina being with him since the first DOA, And Eliot and Gen Fu and hell, Bayman and Leon with a massive vengeance.

Tengu still has a chance to show up, but not as DLC, which I remember Emp Cow made that obvious.

I can't tell if those are white pillars with designs or cracks on them, or if those are the branches of trees cast over a white sky.

 

Those appear to be the trees in Sakura.

Whatever they have in the background could just be decorative. Also why didn't this person take a picture of the entire thing

I see a round stone pillar with cracks in it, and the design changes towards the top with something akin to a bronze ring.

 

Eh I wont consider using her until gameplay is released. Hopefully she's an extremely technical character. As for those "pillars" tbh I don't believe those are "pillars" it's you guys imagination lol it might just be that little book they always put up when showing new characters(scroll book to be exact).
