I just want to see hi-counter 2T on ceilings. Watch Home become a very dangerous stage with Tengu. People would stop holding low for the same reason they don't hold high/mid against Alpha.
Seriously, the character would have a good fighting chance/dominate in tight spaces. Now, it all depends whether they'd change throw speeds making this a grappler or just making her throw speed average but giving her loads of damage like Rachel.
Another thing is her frame advantage on block and natural combos and frame traps from 2U.
All these combined, this character could become Metal Zangief with jetpacks, avoiding wakeup situations left and right. That's one reason Tengu had three
s, because he could just avoid that shit or just jump over things and not care.
I'm kind of starting to see why so many people liked Tengu because he was a unique power house character with a creative, but short moveset. The power moves may look awkward to some people on a female character, but I honestly don't care about the shell that holds the moves at this point.
The things I don't like right now is the whole air-focused combos and new move-sets in the air (not saying that it seems to be the main focus here yet). We already have Momiji for that, so let's not make this 3D Guilty Gear. GG does that better than any other game.
