DOA5LR Last Round: Additional Mode Ideas

As said in this interview by Hayashi himself (http://venturebeat.com/2014/11/15/b...the-fgc-sexual-fantasy-and-the-future-part-1/):

"We plan on supporting Dead or Alive 5: Last Round long-term. This includes adjustments to game balance and maybe even adding additional modes."

This thread includes your own ideas of what modes you'd like to see and if there are any rumors or evidence of a new mode in LR.

Basically balance changes and fluff you'd expect to be in the game already.

If we're doing the latter, why not some additional story modes for some of the new characters, give us a better segway into DOA6 perhaps. Something relevant and not fanservice related for a change.

Some days ago I answerd to a similar question of @TOBMAST3R indicating very general ideas:

"Mini games, aka Tekken Ball or Tekken Bowl/ a crazy mode where you fight for collecting beating items beating your opponents (idea got from a fan on Facebook)/ more side-scrolling beat 'em up, vertical or horizontal in fake or real 3d/ in general more online versions of offline modes"

By the way I will try to think more about the question and to to come with more specific ideas related to the fighting modes. As I said more times, I can already state that I would like to see expanded the story mode for the new characters (even if I don't consider it a proper new mode, rather an updating of one already existing), and to get a volleyball minigame (because even if I know that can appears impossible, I enjoy in the DoAX series even the volleyball mode and I always got the wish to play with all the rosters to it XD).

I find it odd b/c they went out of their way to create an inflatable tube just for one pic? Granted MR's in the ocean at an area where I don't think a waterslide could end but still I wonder if they're hinting at a water slide minigame:

There might be inner tubes somewhere on Zack Island already and they just used that existing model for the pic. I'm not sure though. I don't specifically remember seeing any.

I would love to see Volleyball and Jet Ski racing as mini games.

I think group gravature videos (Kasumi/Phase 4, Ayane/NyoTengu, Hitomi/Lei Fang, Kokoro/Helena, Christie/Lisa, Tina/Mila, Momiji/Rachel, Marie Rose/Honoka, Pai/Sarah) would be pretty cool too.

more gameplay modes like story chapters and having more online modes like Kumite and survival.

They just put her on the inflatable tube, that has been on the Zack Island stage all along:

Perhaps a mode of pool? There was a scene in DOA with Christie and Bass I believe in a bar playing pool. (Don't quite remember). But seriously, pick your favorite character and watch them hit the ball in style.

Also random post: I am a superb pool player in RL, I play pool as if I was a bonus boss in a secret dungeon. Better grind levels to defeat my ass. (actually...yeah that's not important in this post.)

Maybe Poker? a DOA game of UNO? or perhaps something similar to the Mario Party games.

YES. I would totally play DOA Party. Actually, why limit it to just DOA? They should make Tecmo Party, Tecmo Kart, and Tecmo Bowl... ing crossover games. I would buy them all in a heartbeat.
