Totally agree, if the community helps police and reduce exposure on stuff Team Ninja doesn't want it'll go a long way in their continued support. Some stuff is inevitable, but just because it does exist does not mean that attention should be drawn to it.

Im not interested in ANYONE taking away from TN making money too. If they release good DLC, they should make money off it.

However, the reason why I support the modders, is because I love how creative they could be. Quake 2 and 3 wouldn't have been the same with out custom models and skins. We wouldn't have Counter Strike (and probably ALL the similar titles developed after its boom in popularity). No Rocket Arena, no League of Legends! Plus, if the modders are exceptional, they can get snapped up and go on to make more and more innovations!

Got to wait for some Russian/Chinese man to decrypt the game first before old stages become a possibility ha xD

I read on some forum that there are a bunch of Russian/Chinese people trying to decrypt it as fast as possible.

edit: Some guy on steam managed to rip stage and character models

Soooo true!!! Best efforts are collaborations & their communities, not Draconian ones. I understand the desire proper content, but the days of never ending licenses and legal scrutiny can of hamper creative endeavors.

It'll take quite a bit of effort to get stages working before characters. It won't simply be inject stage, tadaah classic stage. The containers are going to be radically different plus the abundance of animation, hit zone and other property differences.

After I day with the game and doing a side by side comparison on my tv (separate inputs), I'll avoid the whole better or worse argument, but I will say that I'm rather pleased with the PC versions appearance. It's sooo clean. I'll be looking not just for simple texture and outfit mods, but high resolution texture sets (especially for the environments) and maybe we'll even get some bump and specular mapping if it can integrated. There goes my fighting skills. I'll probably end up doing more modding than playing

Well, I was annoyed by people crying about modders without understanding that it was inevitable, but I went to check the site that provided the first nude mode and...
... There was a "Donate for more nude mods" Oh damn god why TT^TT
So here this is just a violation of Copyright that might put the modding community in danger. Clear and square violation of law. Well done.
Oh my how dumb people can be ? I'm crying for mankind

Is there anyone who hold enough power to communicate that to TN without spreading it on social network ? They have to kill this in the egg

TN already tried suing someone before for doing that on the 360. I think the case was dropped so I doubt they would try again lol.

Oh yeah the boob engine was definitely overhyped. With mods the PC version will look even better soon enough. If not for the lack of online... And I guess 2 old stages but I honestly couldn't care less about that.
