What's the deal with Rig? Does he have a long history of getting shafted or something?

pfft yeah, its probably why TN usually always picks my designs, im one of out....four(?) people that submit stuff for him and usually other rig designs are like 'native american chief' or something 'sex slave rig in a man thong'. player wise, a lot of players think he's cheap (from what i've heard first hand) i don't think he's a hated character in the community. he's just doesn't seem to be on everyones top 5.
He's in the same boat as Mila, he's not popular in Japan so I think costume wise they never know what to give him, but unlike Mila he gets way better outfits that suit him while they usually give Mila Scraps, I don't recall one year Rig ever got a bad Halloween costume XD
He's bland to me, the only zest he has to his character is his BGM and face

I'm surprised they teased the VFer's outfits. They look cool their outfits. I figured neither of my designs would make the cut but I be glad if the outfits are good.

The teases are on facebook if that's what you are asking about. Also can anyone find the designs for Sarah and Jacky? The outfit for Jacky looks like Dante from Devil May Cry a bit? I always thought his twin brother Vergil from the original story line looked like Jacky with white hair.
Edit: I thought that was Sarah, it's Mila?! So there is still hope for my design. Then again it's another chance for it to be a not so great outfit..
