It's an arcade game, but they said they would port it to PSVR ages ago. She's using PSVR(noted by the blue LEDs like PSVR)

I love the facial expressions in the second episode.
Yeah, I see they got new animations in this. I must admit though, it looks like they're about to get into a fight or something. I'll probably learn more about what's going on when I actually get around to translating them (which should be in October after Luna's birthday episode has come and gone. Hey, want to make sure all the birthday episodes are accounted for before they start looping).

The animations arent new they've actually been in the game for awhile which hinted at leifang for ages but theres was no legitmate way to see these animations before the leifang events.

Agreed. I took it to be exactly what Shimbori said (and this is speaking as someone who literally doesn't give a flying flip about the fanservice and is only in it for the story), which is "smaller boobs = more human". And I personally find it distasteful that he effectively implied that well-endowed females are somehow inhuman. For the record, I'd be just as disgusted if he said the same about those who AREN'T well-endowed as it's simple dehumanization.
However, we should get it back on topic at this time. In any case, regarding the current event, Luna's partnered up with Kokoro while Leifang's partnered with Marie Rose, and they seem to be trying to do fighting poses. Makes me think leaving the XVV girls out of DOA6, or at least Luna, was a mistake since Luna definitely seems to know some fighting moves. Seriously, Lisa got into DOA4 despite originating in Xtreme Beach Volleyball, so why can't they do the same for Misaki, Luna, or Tamaki?
I wonder if the Japanese fanbase is clinging to this same line like the obnoxious NA fans are. You know. The ones who can understand what he said without running through translators.
What would they offer DOA from a fighting perspective that's new and original? Not sarcasm I have no desire to ever purchase or even watch VV or most of the extreme games so I'm ignorant here. Are they super original and creatively designed? Because from the pics I've seen they look pretty generic ecchi.
It's quite simple; learn your facts before spreading misleading information to a community in hopes of getting what you want. Because Itagaki actually had a vision for Lisa, and she had a story on the side that also released the theme of the character right away: someone you want to like, but can't trust.
If they put Misaki, Luna or Tamaki in -- they would be complete throwaway characters to anyone expecting something cool and refreshing to the series... and once again Team NINJA didn't make these girls and we have Honoka.
To answer @NewWestFan yes; they are painfully generic in most cases, but if people like them in their volleyball game sure. I think the most unique thing about the three is Luna. She is super freaking short. It would be like fighting Yoda in SCIV for one of the guys.
