The ground glitch gives her an advantage in the guesisng game non-stop.

Yeah agreed, no where near a glitch.
First she is sooooo bad that she isn't playable and now she relies on a glitch. I swear people don't have opinions of their own, they just listen to everyone else and then they regurgitate whatever crap is coming out of their mouths.

Yeah pretty much. Helena has been so many extremes. Worst character to broken. But what ever i dont really care, im still gonna play as Helena the way i want to. But we should play again, id like to see if you learned anything new with her.

Yeah sorry I haven't been around much lately, and when I'm on I've been playing Dishonored. I'll try and hit you up when I get some time.

We'll call it tech then. They obviously had no intention of making Helena good. Or a character completely ignore the ground game.
Think about it, they nerfed the shit outta her from DOA4 > DOA5 and what did they give her to compensate? I'm pretty certain this was the counter balance. Although I don't think they thought she would turn out this way

Nah they went out of their way to remove all her DOA4 force techs, why go and make it better? I'd love to think they were doing the smart thing and intentionally gave her this tech, but I highly doubt it in this glitch ridden game.

I'd rather they nerf her force tech game and make her a solid character, but this would go against their balance design in wanting to keep playstyles the same.

I'd like her to be made overall better but I doubt they will change anything major in the patch. If they take out her force tech they won't buff her to compensate as it would take too much work. It's either this or total garbage Helena. I honestly believe this was intentional, universally nerfing her and buffing nothing just doesn't make any logical sense and I don't think they are quite that stupid.

You think higher of them than me. but when they remove her best strings for stupid reasons I just can't lol

You mean PP2KP? 236PKP is better than PP2KP in this game. It will land off of juggles that PPK won't. Do BT P+K on (CH), 236PKP will land fully but even the first jab from PPK misses. They lowered the hitbox of the first punch from 236PKP to compensate for the removal of PP2KP and it did work, it actually increased her overall combo damage.

Helena's strongest juggle from DOA4 > DOA5.

(CH)
DOA4: 33P > BKO 6PP > BKO PP > BKO 4PK > BKO 4PK > PP2KP. (236PKP would miss).
DOA5: 33P4P > BKO 4PK > BKO 4PK > 236PKP. (PPK will miss entirely).

Both combo's land as much stun as possible prior to launch so even if PP2KP were in DOA5 it wouldn't be needed as 236PKP would land anyway and do more damage.

The way I see it they looked at what made Helena good in DOA4, the first game where she wasn't garbage and tried to implement it into her general gameplay. But seeing how good it was they felt they needed to nerf other things, removal of safe moves, lower damage, nerf to P+K crush to balance it out. It didn't work too well but it makes more sense than lets nerf everything and just leave her. If that was their attitude then Busa would have not gained so many guard crushes and have a better grab game to compensate for the nerfs he received.

pp2kp and pp2kk work better off of smaller heights.
Nope, if I can land 236PKP on an airborne opponent but not PPK off the same height then the former is better. But even if that were the case now we have 33P4P which lands off of the most pathetic launch height.

Alrighty well I can assure you that you're off with your timing. Since P comes out faster and than 236p.
