Independence Bash 7/1 (online)

One huge concern I have when playing players in another country is the lag. It worse when playing someone who in Europe for example when you are in the U.S. With the distance lag very hard to move, or hold or duck, or whiff punishment.

umm, i don't want to sound off topic but isn't the american independence day is on 4th july ? the tourney is happening on the 1st of the month .

It's actually on the Canadian independence day lol. This year we share the same holiday weekend.

I MIGHT not be able to attend as well, my mom wants me to go to choir rehearsal with her(~_~) but will the tournament go on for a fairly long time? If it is still going on by the time I return maybe I can still compete. Based on the number of participants and the best 2 of 3 rule, I think it'll most likely go on till about 11-12 at the latest right, assuming some players break even and it goes up to best 3 of 5?

Hmmm I'm expecting it to take around 3-4 hrs. The matchs off stream should go pretty quickly. The stream itself will take a while tho with every match being watched play thru.

I see, I expected that since this looks like it'll be a pretty big tournament. If it doesn't break any rules, I'd still like to compete but I won't be around till like 9, so could you hold me off for a while if it's possible? If not and if the tournament is moving quickly, then go ahead and skip me, I can always attend another one in the future.

I'd say 9 is to late. Half hr to an hr I could prob do but 3 hrs to long Itd end up putting the tourney on a standstill eventually.

Sry and hopefully u can make the next one. Expect it around sept
