If you're tired of seeing her get nerfed and have some ideas, Shimbori is listening:

The tier ranking discussion is still a work in progress and far from complete. Thing is, tournaments are being dominated by literally the same few characters time and time again. Sarah isn't winning a lot, but aside from perhaps Gen Fu, she is easily the strongest character in the game. Top-level Tournament players just aren't using Mila at these events. Something-Unique isn't making it to offline tournaments, or I'm fairly certain you'd be seeing Mila doing well.I'm not good enough to make any calls about buffs, nerfs or matchups. However, I do find it kinda funny that people keep saying that Mila is above average even though she's been buried at the major tournaments and on FSD's own tier ranking discussion.

It really just depends on what you consider "above average." If that term is synonymous with top-tier than no, Mila is not "above average." If "above average" means higher than mid-tier, than yes, she is above average.
But then he'll complain about lows. Remember, he feels like Mila is entitled to have every tool in the game.Let's make a deal. Switch Leifang's mid kicks with Mila's low punches.
you get a chargeable mid kick that gives you a guaranteed CB from a nasty SDS and a guard break should the opponent try to block it (yes, I'm familiar with the frames needed to land this move).
