Also in the rules and in the most recent Facebook post it says specifically Japanese time.

I didn't finish Bayman's partner design. :/ It just didn't turn out how I wanted it to be...

I like this, but i wish it was something more ugly and halloweenie, like a sexy banshee with red eyes and long white hair

So I am resubmitting some old designs, but I did come up with two new designs and I have two more to finish up. Here are 2 finished designs:

It's probably pretty obvious that I rushed these and that I am not anywhere near the most talented artist, but I would have been mad at myself if I didn't enter a single new design... so enjoy or whatever. Hehe!
