That was the problem, I got new batteries but I forgot how to turn it off ;C

Your controller still shuts off even with new batteries?

But anyway, to shut off Vibration on PS3, just hold the Home button when playing a game and go to Controller Settings. To shut off Vibration on Xbox360, it's somewhere in the Guide button menu. I don't remember where off the top of my head, but probably Preferences.

You're using a 360 controller? Just trash it. You can't play fighting games on that mess.
