There are only a few Costumes in the inGame Store from TN .
Nothing in the German PSN Store no Bundle ...no Single Costumes available.
JANN LEE ,HELENA ,LEON ,JACKY,LISA , MARIE ,LEI FANG HAYABUSA ,HAYATE ,are missing :/
ITS A SHAME !
I really hope and i think its TN ´s MUST DO ....to give us a dlc without paying ...fo free as a APOLOGIZE .

Nah... all the stuff is available, even for us poor EU PSN users
If you use the PSN store in your home menu (new UI and shit): I have actually no clue where to find any of it...
If you use the PSN store from the in game menu (old UI): some outfits are under Costumes03, the rest is under Costumes04... you can find Costumes04, if you go to Costumes and scroll all the way down... amazing, right?
Not sure about the bundle... don't think I saw that one.
If you use the Sony Entertainment Network Website: Just type "Halloween 2014" in the search bar... this should get you all Costumes and the Bundle... but not the Catalog... you can find that one if you search for "Dead or Alive 5" though (Display all results and sort by newest/ "Alle Ergebnisse anzeigen" "Sortieren nach: Veröffentlichung(neueste zuerst)")
(nerd note: Hashbang state management ftl... just saying...)
That is far more complicated than it should be... hope that helps though.

SCEE really needs to sort their crap out... when new stuff comes out it should be under 5U\5UCF Add-Ons or actually in the recently added sections... you shouldn't have to go treasure hunting just to buy a few costumes

So TN should give away their work for free? What's the point of them making it in the first place if TK are to make no money off it? They aren't a charity organization.

On PSN EU the DLC matter was a complete mess until few days ago, indeed people are truly amazed that they actually released the complete bundle pack for this Halloween DLC: by the way the responsible of this situation is SCEE not Team NINJA. So far still not all the old DLC are available from what I know, and some discounts offers were completely skipped (anyway TN assured the players that when the packs will be available, the discount will be restored for them).
In the past TN offered a DLC with a temporary special price (the Fighters pack) because the pack was postponed of a week on XBL compared on the PS store, by the way apparently in that circumstance the problem was their or of Tecmo Koei.

Still no Halloween pack on the French PSN, so I guess I'll have to wait before having all these wonderful creations. This pack is really cool.
And I changed my mind a bit on Helena's dress. She reminds me of a potential Evil Queen from Once Upon A Time.
I wish I could mix some costumes from last year's halloween with this new pack. For instance, I prefer Ayane's fairy costume to her devil one. And buying all these costumes individually would cost too much...
The same applied to the legacy pack and casual packs. Too many DLCs I need to buy.

I know. That would be Helena, Lisa, Christie and Marie. Not the best ones.
But I also love some great designs here (Brad, Bass, Bayman, Nyotengu, etc.) but it would just be too expensive.
I think I'll just stick to Helena as usual, she costs me less than 2€ each month. We'll see after LR.
I'm also waiting for Casual Pack 3 before thinking about buying Pack 1 & 2. Damn hurry TN.
One day I'll buy Kasumi's Casual, Rig's Casual, Bayman's Casual, Tina's Tecmo Bowl, Lei Fang's amazing Legacy, Mila's Volleyball Swimsuit, etc.
I'll give each one of my (other) favourite characters a special treat.
A-level : Helena only (all DLCs because she's my main and look good in everything)
B-level : Lisa (Casual), Christie (Casual), Marie-Rose (Maid)
C-level : the rest of the cast (no costume, which is a shame because some are really creative)
Sometimes I'm a bit stingy.
A costume filter is much needed now.

In my sear h for silver linings, I found two things I DO like about the Milamummy. I like the dangling bandages (I love trailing details).
I still don't get what they did with her feet though. Maybe they were going for a boxer fighting on the balls of their feet, but the way they did it just looks so broken. Like some kid on the internet rigged it.

I'm this close to getting a new laptop. When I do I'm getting Photoshop somehow.and then I'm going to draw out my two submissions as I would have if I had a computer when the costumes had taken place. then I will still present them to TN even though its far too late.
Because I'm stubborn and still want them to see it exactly as I envisioned it!

Ayane's costumes seems to make the game run slower especially in online Kasumi VS Ayane in hunted lorelei stage.
