Outfit 1 is for Nyotengu. I think outfit 2 is for Kasumi.
@Amaso how do you set shiny effect to a mesh in tmc object tool ?
Well, you need a reference shiny object either from another TMC or the same TMC
If from the same TMC you need to change MCol mtcp and mtrl to the same value as the shiny object
I think you also have to change the Specular Texture .
If from another TMC , right click the object you want to make shiny , Get Material , choose the Reference TMC (which has the shiny effect you want) pick the referenced object which is the shiny one in this case , tick MtrCol Matecp and MCMTRL
You can either Add it to the list of materials in the TMC , then do the steps above^ , or simply replace existing material data , but this will affect all objects using that material data (It tells you which objects are affected) .
You might also need to change the Specular texture to the same one from the Reference TMC
Note that I haven't really tested it before , so I'm not sure of the outcome
