Nice one kasumilove. I tried to make it for you last night but I couldn't get the gold bit gold. Wasn't sure how to use tmcsuke or object tool to change the texture for the mesh.

What part do you want to change ? I use your Gold glitter texture from your Christie long dress recolor.

The top comes in two meshes (top&bottom) I inserted them into a the slot of the top I had removed and it used those textures. I coloured the original top black so now both parts are black.
Now how do I use tmcsuke tool or object tool to use the textures from the new top?
I understand from this guide http://w11.zetaboards.com/SFxT_Mods/single/?p=8254855&t=11106570 that I have to change the 4 figures but I don't understand what the figures need to be and how I derive them.

You need to use a different slot for the mesh of the skirt. I replaced the original skirt by Hitomi's. Then i added textures in Texture Tool and opened Tmc object tool.
I selected the mesh of the skirt and set the numbers of the new textures.

thanks to @KasumiLove for do it
i add the heart jewel, also i cut the shirt and i notice that the boots are from kasumi winter costume (she has a bug, the boots go trought the ground so i cut the legs and added the hitomi fan costume 2015 legs)

i forgot, kokoro has a alternate texture costume, so i do it with h and hl files

What numbers?
I did it differently to you, I took the top from cos_09 and put it on cos_10 so I've ended up like this:

Same principle but what are these numbers that you are setting to the mesh?

In texture tool you have a number in front of each texture. If you want your mesh to use a different texture you just have to change the number of the used texture in tmc object tool.
