I got the Season Pass, so I get it for free.
Anyway, details about Guile: He can now crouch-walk which keeps his charge while moving. V-Skill is Sonic Blade, which is a stationary projectile that can juice up his Sonic Booms and also pressures opponents on wake-up. V-Trigger is Solid Puncher, which allows him to power up and throw multiple Sonic Booms at once. It is also dangerous if you use Sonic Hurricane when it is activated since it can extend distance and increase damage.

That doesn't even solve the actual issue at large...there's honestly no real penalty for ragequitting still.

Did they fix the game with windows 10 so I can connect my second monitor and use my Wacom tablet yet? This the only game thats this specific and finnicky.
By the way it would be so funny if a rage quitter made it to the Capcom Pro Tour and got bodied on stream at the tournament. There is no real way to definitively fix rage quitters as there is no way that I know of to differentiate someone who RQ'ed from someone who genuinely has shitty internet.
