Yeah I played like 5 hours today with Tina and most times I just lost the trade Shining Wizard vs. something else because it's just too predictable. If the move were an OH, we could win against some strikes but she could still be stopped by crouching or doing any normal throw. I seriously think this change needs to happen.
I'm very happy about DOA2-4 music returning too. If that's true of course.

Only a few tracks from DOA1 were really memorable anyway (Kasumi, Gen Fu, Ayane, Tina). So all of 2-4 is good.
Though the track selection could use some variance. Say assigning 3 songs to a character so one will play at random each match rather than assigning a single song to a single character. In long sessions between players using their mains, you're going to be hearing the same 2 songs for hours.

Not as obnoxious as Ayane or Lei Fang....ugh.
And it wasn't "Treat me special cause I'm a girl", like what the aforementioned Lei Fang does (As well as Tina), it was a sarcastic comment on gender stereotypes (That all of the other females in DOA save Mila and arguably, Tina) stick to. Yaknow, like how (almost) all the other girls hit you with dainty little slaps and pokes and cute flips and twirls. Then this living tank of a lady just floors you with a superhuman punch, crushing you like Leon or Bayman, the manliest of men in the cast, would.
...ya get it? The other girls hit you with stereotypically girly little taps, she hits you with the force of a tank. It's a joke.

She hits you with a lame ass suit that gives her an inhuman advantage in the fight. She's a coward, not a commendable fighter like Bayman or Leon.

Raising the life bar to 300 again is a huge step backwards. If that's true I'm gonna play on small or smallest.
I'm actually pretty excited about the game, I'm buying it on release and can't wait for it to come out but to be honest I'm not happy hearing about Kasumi and Leifang's nerfs. Power Launchers is not something I'd have implemented and now hearing they raised the life again is worrying me.

Personally I don't know what to think about the 240/300 life bar... I loved the longer fights in DoA5 at the beginning, anyway I also understand the reasons to make it smaller...
Sadly Mist answered to me that wasn't able to find an option for the hood on for her NG1 outfit
I know that it's just a little detail, but I really love this Ayane's appearence, so I really hope that TN will add the option if there are enough requests for it...
