Because that would make too much sense. Obviously it's much more important to add a fifth ninja, an umteenth set of tits, a fourth guest character, and a second random slot than it is to bring back an existing character who already has a unique moveset.

None of them took his spot. If TN really wanted him in they'd add him with the other five. But they don't so they didn't and will only do it if he gets enough support. Idk why people keep bashing others characters and making them seem like they tooken a spot because there's didn't get in. I'm a Tengu supporter as well but cmon

I honestly think they ran into some issue including him in the game for whatever reason. There was enough talk about Tengu so it's impossible that they didn't at least consider his inclusion. They're falling back on the excuse "Well not enough fans wanted him" but last time I checked there were a lot more requests for Tengu then there were Jacky.

It's a mystery but it sucks...

They ARE in the move list. Take Rig for example look in his Bending stance movelist for H+K K (his midair throw) and is says against midair opponent in the move box.

I never said that there were people who didn't like her as a character but I mean let's use common sense here, more than half of the people who wanted Rachel included was for her body (which is along the lines of why so many of the DOA girls are so popular) and apparently now her "loose hair". It's not meant to be offending and I'm sure she'll be a great fighter as I really enjoyed playing as Spartan but her appeal did have an influence (as well as Momiji).

If Tengu had the same exact moveset but instead was an attractive male/female I bet you any money he would've been included in 5.

Again though, boobs is only a factor. I'm sure many people enjoyed her fighting style and her war hammer (which is sort of still there even though it's invisible).

It's like a good book, you need an interesting cover to attract your audience but then you need a good story to follow in order for people to truly enjoy it.

oh so they are....hour in still cant do a simple air grab on a training dummy this is the real reason i picked Bayman as a main i cant do combos in any game so i grab.to think i actually entertained the thought of trying competing offline

No I'm sure people wanted her because they either liked her in NG or just wanted to see how she'd be like in DOA. Could also be just for the fact to add another female or character in it. But I'm sure boobs have nothing to do with it. At least for about 80% of people who requested her
