You can unlock things through online matches or do the offline criteria instead. It will take longer though to unlock the music and costumes online.

All of the Music you can unlock just by completing two levels of Arcade or Time Attack. Doesn't matter.

Also, if you have a tag team in Arcade or Time Attack where both characters haven't completed the difficulty before, both characters unlock their next locked outfit.

Good question, just did a quick look, none that I am aware of.
Maybe Brad cow boy look. But I think it might have shown before. Forgot.

Looks like a no to me. :/ He'll probably get future dlc though.
