Logically everyone on the playable roster would get annihilated by Hayabusa. It would be genocide not even a fair fight. Gameplay perspective he is mid tier at best.
logically, Leon, Bayman, and maybe mila would annihilate everyone in the cast just because their moves result in instantly broken limbs and bones. Even Ryu would go down to that. Matter of fact, he does, in his own games.
Unless Ryu gets to use his weapons. Hand to hand, he's good, but not godlike like when he has weapons. Enemies are on par with him in hand to hand (maybe even better in some cases, like enemy ninjas being way better than Ryu. Freaking spider Ninjas under the clock tower...and regular look guards just pummeling ryu and slitting his throat)
