And don't be scared Ivan. Many people would pay for it. Share your opinion with pride.
I would, but I'm honestly torn. I want the loose hair option, but I wouldn't pay more than a buck for it. Despite my burning hatred of DLC, I do support this game and purchase stuff from time to time. The thing is that the content is mostly "new" (or at least severely improved, like the Legacy Pack - I mean, all the power to people wanting old costumes and / or characters back; personally, I would prefer new stuff.), and it is obviously being worked on "post release", and it is nothing that has any impact on gameplay, so I don't see the problem.
On the other hand, I don't want to pay for something that already exists and would require minimal work to implement. It's not like Rachel doesn't have a gazillion of hair options in Ninja Gaiden that they could "import".
The thing is that this business is all about trends and what developers and publishers think they can get away with. If you pay for something you can always expect it to be more expensive the next time around. I severely fear how a DOA6 might turn out because, given how much DLC is likely being bought, that thing will probably come stripped. It has already become stablished that people will pay for costumes. Why give it to them for free?
I wish I had strong enough moral grounds to put my foot down and say I will never buy a hair option, but if they released it for a good price and it looked nice enough, sure. But that just SCREAMS "exploitable behavior" to me.
I admit a healthy degree of paranoia in that line of thought.
