So wait I'm confused. When you guys say loose hair do you mean the one Rachel has under her football helmet that looks like Tina's? If so I agree that it shouldn't have been that hard to have just added it to all costumes in the update.
I'm not sure about the others, but I mean LITERAL loose hair. She has really long blonde hair, similar to Helena's and in the NG games she could use it.
The second one is her loose hair. I think the one they used for the sports costume was just a cut and paste of Tina's default hair, which is disappointing.

Well once again DOA is left out at EVO and Tekken got the boot meaning all 2D fighters this year.
Killer Instinct though? I didn't know the game was THAT popular to even make it to EVO. I'm really ticked that not even Tekken, currently the most played 3D fighter, didn't even make the line up. I have no reason to watch any EVO streams this year because I don't enjoy watching 2D fighters. No to mention, the winners are going to be so predictable because it's the same games every year.
