Umm, if anything like Marie rose just count 3 months ahead of her release date on the arcade. Marie hits consoles in 2 weeks ( less than that actually. ) which means Phase-4 will hit arcades around the same time we receive Marie. Add 3 months onto that, chances are that's when we'll get her.
3 months is the standard release time from arcade to console. Same thing happened with BBCS DLC characters. 3 months. Marie Rose was 3 months too. So I don't see why Phase-4 would be different.
So around June 26/7th I'd say.

Just makes her all the more great, especially ifs he's an advanced character and very different from Kasumi.

It would be better if you could just take the damn hood off, like Mila's Tropical Sexy Costume.

I'm basing it off the screens, but I'm fairly certain you can opt. to take the hood off. Probably the same way you do with Mila just by hold a trigger or a bumper....
Or they'll actually input the arcade style customization screen ( I'm hoping they do this in 1.05 update we get in less than 2 weeks. ) making our life easier so all you gotta do is choose no hood lol -_-;;

Well... great. Just great.
If you look at the Marie Rose console trailer, everything looked the same. So it looks as for now, the updated UI and the customization menu at the character select screen is Arcade only.

I hope so. I think that the character itself could be interesting. They should really give this girl a good play before saying she sucks.

Well, going by what Jyakotu said, I'm definitely more intrigued. An Advance character, with the same fighting style as Kasumi BUT "very different". I wonder how she's going to play... She clearly shares some moves as in one of the screens she's doing that oboro throw. But still... I'm rather curious. I want a trailer dang-nabbit.

And I also think it's exciting they say she's advanced but I'm not getting my hopes up too high, as currently there's no DOA character you can't win with after a few hours of training. I WISH it was that simple in other fighters. Like Hilde is really tough to use in SC, and there's A-Pat etc, Tekken has a bunch of execution heavy characters like Nina, and the SF combo challenges are pure torture compared to DOA's
